This week I was a meaningful kiwi for my mum. Because my mum told me to teach my sister how to say the alphabet. It was a very hard time teaching my sister.  What did you do to be meaningful.

Mr hendriks, our principal always says (eyes by me). And Mrs Ramkolowan, my teacher always says to (keep your eyes on the ball).

Those two were playing with words / puns. My mum always says to me (eyes on the book) because I sometimes watched tv instead of writing in my book. Our classroom drawed eyes around mr hendriks and our classroom drew eyes around the ball.

 

The big dream

“Billy it's time for you to sleep now” alright mother goodnight. Soon Billy started to fall in a big dream the he appeared at a empty white space with a door at the end of the room. Billy opened the door and there was a sign that said Wizard’s laboratory! I went shivered past the sign and BOOM! I got covered in green water.        

The Wizard came up to Billy and said hello. Billy looked confused then the wizard said “you will be a giant now because you're covered in the Giants Spit”. What! Exclaimed Billy, when will the spell reset and turn me back, “It won't” said the wizard You will have to get the rare golden eggs in the dream land village. Ok i'm off see you later Wise Man.

The muted faded clouds, alerted Billy. He was probably the tallest person alive, It was difficult to see if people were down below. The wizard also gave me a magical scroll to find where the golden eggs were, I stopped to have a glance at the scroll and it said it was in a temple but surrounding the temple was 5 fierce deadly birds. Billy started to run as fast as he can crushing all the huts in the village. Once he arrived there, It looked scary for him because all the fog and he did see 4 eagles but he was still looking out for the fifth one. Out of nowhere all five of them approached at billy he punched all five of

Phew that was a mad attack! Now billy had to run or walk all the way up 100 steps and his magical scroll said he had to get the golden eggs and eat the yolk. He builded up his speed and he bursted out to the top. In 30 intense seconds he got there. He finally found the eggs he stretched out for the eggs and cracked them and drank the yolk like juice.

8.30AM Ring ring ring!!! “Wake up billy it's time for school” uhh I had the biggest nightmare  

EVER!!!!!! It seemed like that he had a stubble.      

Basic facts maths practice

Today I did a stage 7 basic facts practice. My score was 92% done and it took me 13 minutes because some of the questions was a bit hard so that's why it took me long. Hopefully next time I get a better score than 92%.

I think that Malala Yousafzai inspires me to study. Malala has got shot in the eye and right through her skull. One of her most inspiring quotes is Never give up! She's so brave that she even said don’t shoot the Taliban's to Barack Obama. Because when the army launches the missiles it hits the wrong place and it kills lots of innocent people. Malala recovered in Birmingham in England because there are much more experienced doctors. She only wants every kid, boy and girl to be equal and if they can have education.

Order Of Operation Activity

WALHT: use the order of operation-BEDMAS to solve problems.

Today I did a online activity for a practice on my BEDMAS. I found my times tables handy in this activity but I did struggle on my division. As I went up the levels the game problems got harder to solve. I could solve out the easy problems mentally but the last problem was very challenging. I would like to learn the power/exponent problems next.
